さて、先週お伝えしてから完了まで約一週間かかりました。
今回業務拡張するために土地の登記が必要だったんですよ。（あくまで便宜上ｗ）
それで、司法書士にお願いすると「うん万円〜」というとても曖昧でいて高額な費用がかかるようで、
この際自分でやってみようかと思い立ちました。
土地というのは種類が色々ありまして、建物を建てる事のできる宅地や、
うちみたいな田舎にゴロゴロしている田や畑といった農地、
墓地もそうですし、他に色々と・・・
今回登記したのはその全てに該当しない「雑種地」と分類される土地の移転登録をしました。
なぜに「雑種地」なのかというと、
「田」や「畑」といった農地は、
移転（権利譲渡）するにも譲渡人と譲受人のみの了解だけではなく、
地元の農業委員会に上げ許可をもらう必要があり、簡単に登記出来ないからでした。
自分も最初は「田」の移転用書類を準備し、法務局へ行ったのですが、
ハナから失敗でした。「勝手に変えたらいけん」言われました
ある程度の（めっさ浅くて広い）知識をすぐ忘れる頭にできるだけ詰め込んで、
インターネットをフル活用をして書類も作成、
「どうだ！参ったか」で臨んだのですがまさかの初戦敗退
ちょっと知ったかぶりの言葉を発すると、気に入らないようで、
めちゃくちゃ高圧的な態度（俺が知ってる公人くりちゃんがキリトリで”ワレ”とか使ってるようだけど・・・）
あーそういう人かと切り替えて下手に素直にね
